Keith Overly
Keith Overly has been the executive director of the Ohio Deferred Compensation Program (Ohio DC) since 2003. Ohio DC provides a supplemental defined contribution plan to Ohio local and state government employees and administers over 200,000 participant accounts with assets in excess of $10 billion. Before joining Ohio DC, Keith had 29 years of local government service in Ohio and Michigan including chief financial officer in three cities and most recently, deputy city manager in Kalamazoo Michigan.

He has been a member of the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA) for the past 10 years. He is also a member of the Governmental Finance Officers Association (GFOA), the Ohio GFOA, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, and the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA). He is also a past member of the GFOA Executive Board, served on the GFOA Committee on Retirement and Benefit Administration for 13 years, has been active on NAGDCA task forces and committees, and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences.

His education includes a B.A. from Wittenberg University and M.P.A. from the University of Dayton.

Steve Kretzer
Steve prides himself on being responsive to the needs of his clients and their members. His goal is to create the best possible client outcomes by providing accurate, user friendly and useful information that enhances an association’s value to its members and its industry or profession.

With more than 25 years of experience in association research, there’s not a whole lot Steve hasn’t seen and dealt with, and he uses his experience and expertise to make his clients’ lives easier.

As a co-owner of Industry Insights, Steve’s philosophy is to hire great people and get out of their way. This creates an environment of empowerment where everyone on the team is equipped to be proactive and do whatever it takes to meet the needs of the client.

In his personal life, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and is actively involved in his community’s girls’ sports programs, serving on the softball Board of Directors and coaching softball and basketball. He is an avid baseball and Ohio State University sports fan, and enjoys reading, playing softball and basketball, and collecting vintage comic books and original artwork.

Steve received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ohio State University.

Eric Stevenson
Eric Stevenson serves as vice president of public-sector retirement plan sales at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. He is also chief sales officer and senior vice president of Nationwide Retirement Solutions, Inc. Eric is responsible for leading distribution teams for public sector retirement plan sales, the participant solutions center, managed accounts and bundled retirement plan sales. He serves as senior vice president and chief sales officer of
 Nationwide Retirement Solutions of Nationwide Financial Services, Inc. He also leads the management of Nationwide Retirement Solutions' key customer and business partner relationships. Eric joined Nationwide in 2006 and served as vice president of marketing for the retirement plans business.

His background includes time with Warner-Lambert leading a sales force of 500 as the company’s national director of retail sales. Prior to joining Nationwide, Eric held various leadership roles in marketing and brand management with companies such as Warner-Lambert, The Quaker Oats Company and Xerox. Eric has a master’s degree in business administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree in business and finance from the University of Oklahoma. 

Tracy Tucker
Tracy has 12 years of experience in association and non-profit management, as well as experience in the benefits area of a for-profit corporation (Fazolis). She joined AMR in December of 2000 and began working with NAGDCA in October of 2003.

She is responsible for all aspects of association management, including board and committee support, financial management, conference and meeting management, publications, website, communications and public relations, membership growth and services, industry membership services and coordination, government relations, grant development and coordination, sponsorship, and fund raising.

In addition, Tracy serves as vice president for AMR and provides oversight and serves as a mentor to many of AMR’s association directors ensuring AMR meets and exceeds its clients’ expectations.

Tracy possesses a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Kentucky and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives.
