2024 Members’ Choice Award
The Members’ Choice award, created in 2021, allows NAGDCA members to select the plan they feel deserves special recognition for its outstanding project or campaign. The Leadership Award winners are eligible for the award, and all NAGDCA Annual Conference attendees have the opportunity to vote for their favorite campaign or project.
The plan that receives the most votes is recognized as the annual Members’ Choice Award winner. The winning plan earns bragging rights and receives complimentary annual NAGDCA membership for the following year.

Maryland Supplemental Retirement Plans (MSRP)
The Maryland Supplemental Retirement Plans (MSRP) has been named the winner of the 2024 Members’ Choice Award for their innovative “Catch the Match” program. This initiative, launched in response to economic challenges, aimed to encourage state employees to enroll or increase contributions by offering a dollar-for-dollar match of up to $600. Through targeted outreach, including webinars, email campaigns, and in-person workshops, MSRP significantly increased participation and contributions. Their efforts have helped thousands of employees boost their retirement savings, earning them well-deserved recognition from their peers.
