NAGDCA invites you to sponsor the 2015 Annual Conference. We appreciate and rely on the generous support of our industry partners.

To purchase a 2015 NAGDCA Annual Conference sponsorship, please sign in using your NAGDCA.org credentials and visit the NAGDCA online store. Please choose the sponsorship level desired and add it to your cart. After proceeding to checkout, you may choose to pay by credit card or by check by utilizing the "Bill Me" option. Sponsorship Levels
Bronze Level - $2,500
  • One complimentary conference registration* 
  • Recognition in the conference program and on conference signs. Company logo must be received in vector EPS by July 24, 2015, to be included

Silver Level - $5,000
  • Two complimentary conference registrations*

  • Access to the preliminary attendance list in .pdf format in advance of the conference 

Gold Level - $10,000
  • Four complimentary conference registrations* 
  • Recognition in the conference program and on conference signs. Company logo must be received in vector EPS by July 24, 2015, to be included 
  • Gold Sponsor badge ribbons (applies to all company attendees) 
  • Recognition on Website, with link to company website
  • Access to the preliminary attendance list in .pdf and Excel formats for pre-conference mailings to attendees 
  • Full page black and white company advertisement and/or profile included in the conference booklet to be distributed to all attendees. Advertisement should be 6.5''x9'' with no bleed area and received as a high resolution JPEG to lfossett@amrms.com by July 24, 2015

Platinum Level - $20,000
  • Six complimentary conference registrations* 
  • Recognition in the conference program and on conference signs. Company logo must be received in vector EPS by July 24, 2015, to be included
  • Platinum Sponsor badge ribbons (applies to all company attendees) 
  • Recognition on Website, with link to company website 
  • Access to the preliminary attendance list in .pdf and Excel formats for pre-conference mailings to attendees 
  • Full page black and white company advertisement and/or profile included in the conference booklet to be distributed to all attendees. Advertisement should be 6.5''x9'' with no bleed area and received as a high resolution JPEG to lfossett@amrms.com by July 24, 2015
  • Reserved seating at final night event 
  • Company logo on delegate bag 
  • Include one-page company flyer in delegate bag. Flyer should be received already printed at NAGDCA HQ by August 28, 2015. Advertisement can be in color, printed on both sides and/or folded. The maximum paper size allowed is 8.5” x 11.” Submitted flyers that are larger than the allowed size will not be included in delegate bags. *Complimentary registrations can only guaranteed through August 28, 2015.

Industry Member Policies
  • The hotel room block is available only to those who have registered for the annual conference
  • Once inside 90 days of the start of the conference, two night’s room and tax will be assessed for each cancelled reservation except in the case of a one night stay where one night’s room and tax will be assessed. NAGDCA will charge the responsible company/organization for these charges. These fees will only be assessed if NAGDCA incurs a hotel attrition fee for not meeting its contracted room block
  • Private events planned by industry members may not be scheduled during any portion of an official conference event or function (includes “meet and organize” time). Planning for all private corporate events is the responsibility of industry members
  • No company promotional information (brochures or other company information) may be distributed during educational sessions or other official conference event or function
  • Mass distribution of brochures, flyers, or other materials prior to or during a conference or meeting including items handed out during conference sessions such as prizes is not permitted without prior written consent from the Executive Board 
  • Industry members can use an imprint of “NAGDCA (current year)” on client gifts given out at client outings. Use of the NAGDCA logo is not permitted
  • Sponsors are not permitted display areas for company information
  • Planning for all private, non-conference scheduled corporate events are the responsibility of industry members, as well as retaining their own event insurance for these activities
  • Industry members must comply with the affirmed Industry Members’ Code of Conduct. Rosters of delegate registrants will be released in advance of the conference only to primary industry members representing sponsors 
  • Rosters will be sent every few weeks up to the start of the conference. The rosters are not to be used for mass mailings, but can be used to send client invitations for events during the NAGDCA conference
  • Private events planned by industry members may not be scheduled during any portion of an official conference event or function (includes "actual meetings or organizing" and travel time) 
  • Sponsorship payment must be made prior to printing of conference materials
