Over the last several years, there has been increased interest and focus on ESG, diversity, and cybersecurity across the retirement industry. We’ve seen many of these topics discussed at industry conferences, included in surveys, and incorporated into vendor and manager due diligence questionnaires. In response, plan sponsors have engaged with their participants and vendors in a variety of ways.
In recognition of these growing trends, NAGDCA has developed a series of template questionnaires for interested plan sponsors. Items covered are:
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability Practices
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Cybersecurity and Data Protection
The purpose of the questionnaires is to provide plan sponsors with a template to collect information on the views, practices, policies, and initiatives of investment management firms. NAGDCA recognizes that its members have varying priorities and interests, and as such, these templates are intended to be customized to your plan’s specific goals and objectives.
