We’re excited to announce that the 2023 Industry Roundtable is scheduled for May 3-4 in Washington, DC at the Madison Hotel. The Roundtable offers a unique opportunity to meet and discuss important legislative, administrative, and strategic issues facing public sector DC plans. The meeting is exclusively for industry representatives and is designed to address concerns specific to their needs.

The agenda will provide you with the maximum amount of information and opportunity for creative participation, while at the same time limiting your time away from the office. On the evening of May 3, industry attendees will join the NAGDCA Executive Board for an evening of networking, followed by a full day of programming on May 4. HOTEL INFORMATION:

Rooms in the NAGDCA room block at the Madison Hotel are reserved for registered attendees. Please use the link in your registration confirmation email to book your room at the group rate.

  • Room Rate: $269 + taxes and fees
  • Reservation cut-off: Monday, April 10
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please email registration@nagdca.org to cancel your registration, if needed.

  • Full Refund: cancel in writing by April 4, 2023
  • Full Refund less a $25 administrative fee: cancel in writing between April 5 – April 20

No refunds after April 20 unless in the event of a special circumstance such as a serious illness, accident, or death of a family member. Documentation to support the special circumstance (e.g., a physician’s statement) will be required in order to process the refund. No refund will be considered for special circumstances reported after May 4, 2023.
