To our community,

NAGDCA condemns racism and discrimination in all forms. We stand with our Black members, colleagues and plan participants. We stand with the Black community here and across the world. In the flood of recent tragedies like the death of Mr. George Floyd and the stark differences for racial and ethnic minorities laid bare by the COVID-19 pandemic, expressions of sympathy are appropriate, but not enough. We stand with any and all who share the goal of equality regardless of color, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, creed, or disability. We can do better. We will do better. We pledge to learn from one another and help bend the arc toward justice for all.
